Singapore is a country in one big city in an amazing garden, and there is a lot going on at the time. I wish I could spend all my time just visiting all the Conventions, Conferences and Fairs that are constantly popping up at the Conventions centers and Expos throughout Singapore. Due to the location of Sands Expo & Convention Centre, this was the place I visited the most.
I tried to visit as many of the interesting Conventions, Conferences and Fairs as I possible could and here are reflections on some of them…
TEDxNTU at Nanyang Technological University. A great event and you can read more about it here.
NTU Internship Fair at Nanyang Technological University. A one day fair with local and international companies looking for contact with students for recruiting interns.
NTU ICT Fair at Nanyang Technological University. A one day fair with many national and international ICT firms seeking contact with students at NTU.
Singapore Week of Innovation & TeCHnology (SWITCH) at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. A very nice event with speakers and exhibition of innovative products and service from (mostly) small startups. Interesting to see the width of ideas.
TECHInnovation Singapore 2018 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. This event is based upon the ideas of open innovation to bring international and Singapore technology providers and seekers together to explore both technology and business collaboration opportunities. Just walking around talking to the exhibitors was great for keeping the innovative ideas going.
Cloud Expo Asia 2018 and Smart IoT Singapore 2018 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. This was a huge event with speakers and exhibitions showing new (and old) applications within cloud computing and IoT.
